Season
Lent
is a forty-day period before Easter. It
begins on Ash Wednesday. We skip Sundays
when we count forty days because Sundays
commemorate the ressurection. Lent began
on February 6, 2008 and ends March 22, 2008,
which is the day befor Easter.
